Its always a little bit crazy when the kids head back to school and everyone adjusts to the new swing of routines, homework and after school activities, so its been CEREAL for dinner for a few nights in a row and we aren't hating it! We invented this new healthy cereal recipe, give it a try and let us know what you think!
What you'll need to make Meusli Cereal Bowls:
1 cup Meusli (found in the oatmeal aisle)
2 cup milk
1 cinnamon stick
2 tsp Dried Cherries
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Pistachios
How to make Meusli Cereal Bowls:
In a saucepan, mix Meusli with milk and cinnamon stick and stir frequently until it comes to a boil
Remove from heat and cool for 3-5 minutes
Pour into bowlsand top with dried cherries, pistachios and drizzle with maple syrup
Add more milk if needed, Enjoy!
